From Albany Court to NEW MILL, FARNDON ROAD, MARKET HARBOROUGH, LE16 9NP.
Doro Tape UK Ltd has proven it’s not all doom and gloom in the business world by recently moving to larger premises.
Doro Tape was set up in 1988 as a daughter company of Doro Tape Ehlis GmbH Germany supplying application tape alone (hence the name). Although loyal to their home town of Market Harborough, the business has moved premises several times as it has grown. The company is now solely owned and managed by fellow Directors James Carpenter and Michael Ingram.
Over the years Doro Tape has matured into one of the major suppliers in the UK’s sign and graphics industry. Supplying materials to a diverse variety of businesses; from one man sign makers, high street shops to luxury department stores, television and movie sets!
Doro provides the industry with a wide variety of consumables, film and accessories in 3 main areas; standard plotter cut signage (represented mainly by the well known and reputable Aslan and Ritrama branding); garment decoration flex and transfer paper; and the ever increasing range of digital printing media – everything from poster paper, through to soft signage, banner and pop-up film.
With the continual growth of the company, Doro has moved from Albany Court, Market Harborough to larger premises across town. The extra space is essential to Doro as their previous warehouse was bursting at the seams! The move is set to bring great things for the future as they now have the space to hold a wider variety of materials and at extra widths.
Director Michael Ingram commented “We are delighted with the way the company has continually grown over the past years. The move to the new site was vital in order to sustain that growth”
